A self-described Altruist, Taylor Lynn Gipson is a Media and Development Consultant who is committed to inspiring others to aspire. Gipson has developed a unique perspective when it comes to engagement. She is focused on improving brand conveying and engagement of organizations and creating effective and efficient development and communication strategies.

Taylor Lynn Gipson lives by her saying “I have confidence in myself SECOND because I have confidence in Christ FIRST”. Taylor is a Memphis native and graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration. She is an experienced professional development officer and consultant, working with a plethora of non-profit and for-profit organizations in media marketing, donor management, and communication and fundraising strategy. She enjoys pageantry and modeling where she has held the titles of Miss Shelby County Teen USA, Miss Memphis USA 2020, Miss Grand Tennessee 2021, placing as the first runner-up at Miss Grand United States, and most recently Miss Memphis USA 2022.

As an advocate against bullying, she mentors young girls with kindness and confidence through volunteer-ship and advocacy within her community to continue to create a more peaceful future for youth. Gipson created an awareness organization called “EmpowerMe”, an organization that uplifts youth by instilling confidence and suggesting trustworthy mental health resources to help put an end to bullying. Taylor is passionate about improving the lives of others and sees each day as a new opportunity to help others learn and grow.
